This volume is a by-product of an earlier one, Yoruba Proverbs and Philosophy, from which many of the proverbs have been selected. The ideas is to share with the reading public the beauty and diversity of Yoruba Proverbs which are the cultural legacy of our progenitors who were predominantly analphabetic.
