Description

An Introduction to Law defines law. It shows the difference between law on the one hand, and Justice, Morality and Equity on the other. It states the various sources of Nigerian law, enumerates the importance of law, shows the reader how to find the law and explains the titles of cases and the technical terms used in law reports and books. It further gives an insight into precedents and the hierarchy of Nigerian courts.

If you intend to study law, the book gives you the educational requirements for admission into the law faculties in our universities and the job opportunities after qualifying as a lawyer.
