Description

Here is the extracted text from the image, word for word:

Justice Delayed is Justice Denied: Problems and Solutions identifies most of the problems militating against quick dispensation of justices in our society, majority of which are self-inflicted by the various dramatic personae connected with all aspects of litigation. Along with these problems, are some useful suggestions on how to reduce them to the barest minimum, if not to oblate them completely.

This book is a must for every individual who has any role to play in the practice of the law profession: students, lawyers, laymen, law enforcement agents, court workers, etc.
