The Author
Prof C S Ola, a Law scholar, is known for his creativity and international stature in areas of Law and Accountancy
He is the author of original law texts on Income Tax for Corporate and Unincorporated Bodies in Nigeria; Environmental Law in Nigeria, Town and Country Planning Law Company Winding-Up Rules; Company Law: Mens Rea in Statutory Offences; Criminal Responsibilities and Defences under Nigerian Law (where he suggested Prison Reforms). He also authored many books on Public Finance including Accounting for Inflation in Nigeria (the first and major work on it in Africa); Financial Accounting; Management Accounting; Quantitative Analysis and Questions and Answers on all ICAN subjects. Prof. Ola taught Law and Accountancy in the UK and
has held many positions at government level. He has published over eighty articles on Law and Accountancy in learned journals.
