Description

Fr Kukah is a priest of the Catholie, Arehdiocese Kadına. He was ordained a Catholie priest on December 19″ 1976. He studied Philosophy and Theology at St Augustine’s Major Seminary Jos. He oblained a Master’s Degree at the School of Peace Studies, University of Bradford, and a Ph. D at the school of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.

Fr Kukah was the Secretary General of the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria until he was appointed by the President as a member of the Human Rights Violations Investigation Commission, otherwise known as Oputa Panel. He was, Until recently, a senior Rhodes Scholar at St. Anthony’s College, University ofOxford. This selection of a collection of some of his interviews in the print media in Nigeria, gives an insight into his views on a wide range of national and international issues. He has traveled and lectured extensively across the world.
